Manoj is a Veteran with over 37 years of experience in Human Capital Management, Operations, Services, Finance & Budgetary Control. He is MBA (HR & Finance) and Black Belt in Six Sigma (Quality & Process Improvement), is hungry to upgrade his skills and is also qualified in Cyber Law & Computer Forensics (MSME-GOI). After coming to Dubai, Manoj worked for a Shipping Company as Director (HR, Finance & Compliance). He has also worked in BIS School as Head of HR, Finance, Compliance &Administration. He is certified in UAE Labour & Immigration Law apart from upgrading in GPHR Training Course. During the pandemic, Manoj regurgitated his passion for Trading on the Bourses through Technical Analysis which he continues to date. Not satisfied with this, he is also the founding member of SAM International. Passionate about Sport, inculcates physical fitness, team spirit, and self-discipline. Manoj encourages people to adopt Yoga as a way of life.

Our other Co-Founder inspired this venture and possesses a strong sixth sense of customers’ wants and desires. She has a background in Sales & Marketing from diverse sectors with more than 20 years of experience. After completing her MBA, she joined an Edutech company, Real Estate, Pharma, and Timeshare, and has never looked back on rising the corporate ladder. After coming to Dubai, she was into Sales in Luxury cruises, Travel, Tours, and holidays when she seamlessly started designing products as per Client’s desire and comfort zone. Being a Founding Member of SAM International, her domain is Customer/Client Centric products, creative and innovative, “On Demand” packages. She is sensitive and caring and handpicks each “On Demand” package for absolute Customer/Client Happiness.

Siddhant is a very dynamic and meticulous explorer. After completing his Bachelor’s in Technology (Computer Engineering), he worked for an IT services company in India for a few years. Being very quality-conscious, he also completed his Black Belt in Six Sigma. Siddhant further graduated with a Master’s in Management Science from the University of Waterloo, Canada and has worked for various Tech companies for many years in different industries such as Healthcare, Finance, Insurance, Advance Traveler Management, Media and Telecommunications and Real Estate. He loves adventurous activities and hiking and is an avid explorer of tourist destinations. Siddhant likes spending his leisure time playing competitive Tennis and Soccer. He is also an inspiration for SAM International and a founding member.
